Although the recipes here use metric units for the ingredients, don't worry about putting imperial ones here. They will be converted before your recipe goes onto the site.

Hints for writing the recipe - Please include some information about the recipe in the introduction; how long it takes to make, how many people it serves, when you usually have it, for example. Write anything you think might be useful. When writing the method for the recipe, try to be fairly precise about things such as how long each step takes, the temperature to cook it at etc.
